Once the attendance for a contract has been saved, you can generate an invoice for the respective contract.

Generating Invoices

To generate an Invoice, for a specific contract, please follow the steps below

  1. In the CRM container, in contracts folder, select the contract for which you want to generate invoice for.

  2. A contracts edit window will pop up on the screen.

  3. In the menu bar on the window, select “Go To”.

  4. Click on “Generate invoice”

  5. Fill in all the details. Please note that fields with “*” are mandatory Fields.

  6. Click on generate.

Mandatory Fields for generating pay-slips

  • Invoice period: The time range for which you wish to generate the invoice for.

  • Contract ID: The contract id, you wish to generate invoice for. Ideally, it would be pre-filled.

Downloading an Invoice

To print a generated invoice, please follow the steps below

  1. In CRM container, go to Invoice folder

  2. List of all the generated invoices will appear on the screen.

  3. Click on the respective invoice you wish to print

  4. An Invoice Edit window will pop up on the screen.

  5. Select “Actions”, and Click on “Print”.

  6. A print preview will be display, how the invoice would look.

  7. Select “Download”

Please note that you can also email the invoice directly by clicking on “email”

  1. Fill in the fields and write down the message.

  2. Click on Send.
